Melbourne, Feb 29 (PTI) Sri Lanka skipper Chamari Athapaththu won the toss and elected to bat against India in their Women's T20 World Cup match, here on Saturday.

India, who have already qualified for the semifinals with three wins in a row, are unchanged.
