Raqqa [Syria], Nov 10 (ANI): Eight people were killed and over 20 others were injured in a car explosion in Tal Abyad area of Syrian-Turkish border here on Sunday."Innocent civilians were massacred by the bloody Kurdish People's Protection Units (YPG) terrorists.
