Bajaj Auto has officially discontinued the Pulsar N125 in the Indian market, ending the motorcycle's short production run less than two years after its debut. As per a report by Autocar India, the discontinuation is primarily attributed to a mismatch between the motorcycle's unique aesthetic and consumer preferences. The Pulsar N125 featured a distinct, lean styling approach that deviated significantly from the traditional "chunky" design language associated with the broader Pulsar brand. Although it boasted one of the most powerful engines in its segment, producing 12 PS of power and 11 Nm of torque, this performance edge was not enough to overcome its perceived lack of size compared to rival offerings.
The motorcycle came well-equipped for its class, featuring a digital instrument console with Bluetooth connectivity, a split-seat configuration, and a monoshock rear suspension. Despite these features, dealerships have reportedly stopped accepting bookings, signalling a quiet exit for the model from the Indian market.

While the Pulsar N125 is no longer available to domestic buyers, Bajaj Auto continues to export the motorcycle to various international markets, including regions in South America and Africa, where it remains part of the company's global strategy.
