Deepa Jewellers Sets IPO Price Band at Rs 168–177; Issue Opens September 1
B2B gold jewellery processor Deepa Jewellers Limited has fixed the price band of Rs 168 to Rs 177 per equity share (face value Rs 2) for its maiden initial public offering (IPO). The issue opens on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, and closes on Thursday, September 3, 2026. Investors can bid for a minimum of 84 equity shares and in multiples thereof.
The public issue comprises a fresh issue of up to Rs 2,500 million and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of up to 11,848,340 shares by promoter selling shareholders Ashish Agarwal and Seema Agarwal (5,924,170 shares each). Fresh issue proceeds will fund long-term working capital for inventory procurement and scaling, general corporate purposes, and offer expenses.

QIBs: Up to 50%
NIIs: At least 15%
Retail (RIIs): At least 35%
Incorporated in 2016, Deepa Jewellers specializes in designing, processing, and supplying 22-karat hallmarked gold jewellery—including CNC cut bangles and traditional ornaments like vaddanam—to retail chains and standalone stores. As of July 31, 2026, it serves 373 clients, including major retailers like Kalyan Jewellers, Joyalukkas, and Lalithaa Jewellery, across 13 states and 1 union territory.
Financially, revenue from operations surged from Rs 10,245.68 million in FY24 to Rs 19,266.76 million in FY26, while profit after tax jumped from Rs 243.47 million to Rs 1,047.88 million. The shares will list on the BSE and NSE, managed by Emkay Global and Valmiki Leela Capital. Bigshare Services is the registrar.
