Poor Akshay Kumar really can't catch a break when it comes to Twitterati. The Kesari superstar is involved in yet another controversy with regards a film, or rather, a song of his, that too an old one. Funnily enough, the whole thing is damn silly! If you are not aware of this, Akshay is playing a cop in the movie Sooryavanshi that is directed by Rohit Shetty and is scheduled to release in March 2020. For one of the songs, the makers had brought the rights to remake a yesteryear hit, as is the annoying trend these days. The song in question is the sensuous 'Tip Tip Barsa Paani' from the 1994 hit Mohra. Interestingly, Akshay Kumar was a part of the song, but the song is most remember for Raveena Tandon's sizzling dance moves. But, apparently, someone forgot to tell Akshay that. 'Tip Tip Barsa Paani' was composed by Viju Shah and was sung by Alka Yagnik and Udit Narayan. Another superhit song from Mohra, 'Tu Cheez Badi Hai Mast Mast' had already been recreated for the 2017 film Machine, that was directed by Abbas-Mustan.
