It looks nearly the whole Bollywood had become a fan of Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi. That too, suspiciously close to the assembly election that will decide the fate of our country for the next five years. First, we had Karan Johar, Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn, Ritesh Sidhwani, Prasoon Joshi et al meet Modi to discuss pertinent issues affecting the film industry. Then Karan Johar took the younger brigade of Bollywood, consisting of Ranbir Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt and co, to meet the PM, and we got that epic selfie. And now the perennially youthful Anil Kapoor got a date with the PM. Ranveer Singh's Epic Selfie with Narendra Modi and Bollywood Brigade Becomes The New Fodder For Meme Makers - Check Out the Funniest Ones.

Apparently, the conversation that Anil Kapoor had with the Prime Minister impressed him so much that the actor tweeted, "I had the opportunity to meet our h'ble Prime Minister @narendramodi Ji today & I stand humbled and inspired in the wake of our conversation. His vision and his charisma are infectious & I'm grateful for the chance to have witnessed it in person". We are really curious to what kind of vision had the PM shared with Anilji that made the latter get so impressed. Isn't it advisable to share that vision with the rest of the country which might be beneficial for his party in the upcoming elections? Also was the colour-co-ordination in their clothes pre-planned or a mere coincidence? Anil Kapoor and Narendra Modi Twinning in Brown is Making Us Wonder If It was a 'Planned Move'.

And just like the last time when Bollywood celebs met the PM, Twitterati has made enough jokes and memes on this meeting too. Most of the jokes are targetted on Anil Kapoor's two popular movies, Mr India and Nayak. The latter movie is about how Anil's character becomes Chief Minister for a day to show the real CM how to run things.
