Salman Khan to Feature in Nephew Arhaan Khan’s Bollywood Debut Film
According to industry reports, Salman Khan has agreed to play a key role in the upcoming project to support his nephew's entry into mainstream cinema. While specific details about his character remain undisclosed, sources indicate that the superstar will shoot for approximately 10 days for his appearance.
Industry insiders note that Salman's involvement is intended to lend significant star power and visibility to the debutant's first feature film.
Production Details and Creative Team
As reported by Bollywood Hungama, the project is being produced by Ashwin Varde and will be directed by Anirudh Iyer, who previously helmed the 2022 Ayushmann Khurrana-starrer An Action Hero. The film is positioned as a new-age action romance. The production team is actively casting for the female lead, with plans to introduce a fresh face opposite Arhaan.
Principal photography is scheduled to begin in early 2027 once casting and pre-production arrangements are completed.
Arhaan Khan has spent several years preparing for a career in the film industry.
