The ones who hate this new movement called 'feminism' are going to curse their ill fate. After the much critically acclaimed movie, Lipstick Under My Burkha, director Alankrita Shrivastav is back with her next project that has an equally quirky title - Dolly Kitty Aur Woh Chamakte Sitare. The movie stars two powerhouses of talent, Konkona Sen Sharma and Bhumi Pednekar and we can't wait to see their 'rebellious' avatars in the same. The movie revolves around the way women are asked to live their lives and why it's time they stop giving any damn about it. The Night That Was! The movie's first look was unveiled by the producer, Ekta Kapoor and from what we see, it has 'Ma Life Ma Rules' written all over it. You know the project is extra special when it's being helmed by such a talented director, stars two great actresses and is produced by a strong woman producer. Bhumi also took to her Instagram account to share the first look of her new journey and how excited she is to collaborate with Konkona and Alankrita. Ekta Kapoor, Kiran Rao, Siddharth Roy Kapur - The Producers Guild of India Announces Its Committee Members.

Alankrita's Lipstick Under My Burkha faced severe opposition for its bold subject. Finally, Ekta had to intervene and promote the film under her banner, which then went to score some great reviews and praises. Well, we hope, Dolly Kitty Aur Woh Chamakte Sitare, will face no such opposition but will be appreciated and rewarded equally.
