‘Haiwaan’ Box Office Update
After opening to INR 3.00 crore net on its first Friday across 7,224 shows with an overall occupancy of 11 per cent, Haiwaan saw earnings drop to INR 2.50 crore on Saturday across 5,759 shows. The decline continued on Sunday, with the film generating INR 1.85 crore across 4,374 shows, bringing its three-day domestic net total to INR 7.35 crore.
The gross domestic collection for the movie currently stands at INR 8.80 crore. Across theatre screens on Sunday, the Hindi 2D version recorded an overall occupancy of 17.13 per cent, peaking during evening shows at 22.92 per cent and night shows at 19.69 per cent.
In international markets, Haiwaan collected INR 75 lakh on its third day, taking its cumulative overseas gross to INR 2.75 crore. Combining the domestic gross of INR 8.80 crore and foreign totals, the film's worldwide gross collection reached INR 11.55 crore by the end of the weekend.
