There came a wave of empowerment in Hollywood after mighty producer Harvey Weinstein's sexual harassment stories surfaced evidently. Several actresses and other female members from the industry came out and spoke the truth with the 'name' to rise against the molestation done by the biggies of the industry. Even though Hollywood was fortunate enough to have such movement, Bollywood can't be, expresses Ileana D'Cruz. In an interview to Bombay Times, she made some shocking revelations about the dark side of B-town, one of them being casting couch by the renowned personalities.

Talking to the daily, the Baadshaho actress said, "It might sound cowardly, but I do agree that if one speaks out about the casting couch, it will end their career. As far as exploitation and harassment is concerned, I wouldn't stand for it. The fact of the matter is that if an A-list star is accused of something like this, you will require a large number of people to come forward, including A-list actresses and actors, to make a difference. Actors in this country are worshiped. So it will take many voices for people to acknowledge that huge stars could have such an ugly side."

Well, what the Barfi actress told was the partial truth about the filthy side of the industry. However, like she said, we wonder whether all the celebs will ever come up and talk about the people who are actually walking on the footsteps of Mr. Weinstein. The probability is less, if go by what the 30-year-old actress just said. However, we can hope for the coming generations to not follow the suit.

On the work front, Ileana will reunite with Ajay Devgn in the period thriller 'Raid'. Do let us know your thoughts on the sharp revelations made by the star, right in the comments section below.
