The film also stars Farhan Akhtar and Zaira Wasim in the lead. This will be for the second time that PC will share the screen space with Farhan, after Dil Dhadakne Do. The film is based on motivational speaker Aisha Chaudhary who was diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis. While Zaira will be seen in the role of Aisha, Priyanka will play her mother's role aka Aditi Chaudhary.  The movie is slated to hit the screens on 11 March 2019.
