Ishaan Khatter turns a year older today. Ishaan's Dhadak co- star and very good friend Janhvi Kapoor rang in his birthday along with Shahid Kapoor and Ishaan's family. A video is doing the rounds on social media where Janhvi seems to be more excited than the birthday boy himself! Her reaction after seeing the cake is simply adorable! Shahid's wifey Mira took to Instagram to share a pic of the birthday boy. Although Ishaan and Janhvi's film Dhadak didn't receive an overwhelming response, despite all the hype, his previous film, Beyond The Clouds was much appreciated. The film was directed by popular Iranian filmmaker Majid Majidi, and Ishaan's performance in the film stood out garnering him immense praise.

Reports suggest he is soon going to be seen on Koffee With Karan season 6 with Sasha. Confirming the news Ishaan said, "Yes, I will be a part of the show with Shahid Kapoor. I am extremely excited. Come on, did you see the hamper. Who would not be excited for that?" He also said that he has all the plans in the world to fight his brother on the show. Don't be alarmed. He means for the coveted Koffee hamper. "Well, for that hamper, yes why not," he said when asked about it.
