While he'll go back in time to play cricket legend Kapil Dev in Kabir Khan's '83 and then way back to the Mughal era for Karan Johar's Takht, Ranveer Singh will be quick to return to the present with YRF's next release. He'll be next seen in Jayeshbhai Jordaar where he plays a hardcore and typical Gujarati lad. The movie will be helmed by debutante writer-director, Divyang Thakkar and produced by YRF's very own, Maneesh Sharma. Post the big announcement, his first look from the same was recently unveiled and we must say, the boy has got all his Gujju nuances right. The movie revolves around how judgmental society is about women. The Lootera actor plays an ordinary man who ends up doing something extraordinary when he is asked to confront a threatening situation.
