While actors are busy locking different festivals for their movie releases, John Abraham is happy with his Independence Day slot. What Eid is for Salman Khan or Christmas is for Aamir Khan similarly John wants to register August 15 under his name or so it seems. After he released Satyameva Jayate on August 15, 2018, he returned with Batla House this year and if a recent report in Bollywood Hungama is to believe, the sequel Satyameva Jayate may release on the same date next year. Thereby making it a hattrick for him. John Abraham to Romance This Akshay Kumar Co-star in Satyameva Jayate 2 -Guess Who?

A source close to the portal said, "The first shooting schedule of Satyameva Jayate 2 will begin in November, post the release of Marjaavaan." Since Milap Zaveri made his directorial debut with the film's first part, he will continue with its sequel and after Tara Sutaria and Sidharth Malhotra's next hits the screens. And if the sequel indeed releases on Independence Day next year, it will clash with Ajay Devgn and Sanjay Dutt's Bhuj: The Pride of India that also stars Parineeti Chopra and Sonakshi Sinha. Sonakshi Reacts to Rumours of Cold War with Bhuj Co-star Parineeti Chopra and You Will End Up Laughing.

After John's Satyameva Jayate beat Akshay Kumar's Gold at the box office last year, he's set to tackle Prabhas' Saaho and Mission Mangal this time. We'll hope for the film's sequel to weave similar magic like its original one though beating Ajay Devgn in a box office battle can be an impossible task. Anyways, let's wait for the makers to make an official announcement before we start choosing our sides.
