The summer vacations have begun and we have a slew of movies, some of them really big ones coming out in the months of April and May. Not just from Bollywood, but also from the South and Hollywood as well. So if you are a movie geek, make sure you reserve enough money to be in the theatres every week. Why, just in the month of April, five different movies are coming out on one day!

Talking about April, while we may not have a movie on the same scope of masala entertainment as Tiger Shroff's Baaghi 2, there are some interesting choices to reckon. Like for example, Varun Dhawan's October. And then there is Avengers: Infinity War and we can't just talk enough about this one. So without further ado, here are the 10 movies

Peter Rabbit

Cast: James Corden, Rose Byrne and Domhnall Gleeson

Targetting at the younger audiences, Peter Rabbit is a live-action fantasy comedy movie that has CGI characters interact with human actors. Based on the tales by Beatrix Potter, the movie has proved to be a huge hit in India.

BlackMail

Cast: Irrfan Khan, Kirti Kulhari and Arunoday Singh

A black comedy about a man who discovers his wife is having an affair, and decides to blackmail her and her lover, only to get blackmailed himself. The movie is directed by Abhinay Deo of Delhi Belly and 24 fame.

Missing

Cast: Manoj Bajpayee, Tabu and Annu Kapoor

Manoj Bajpayee and Tabu reunite after more than a decade for this psychological thriller. The stars play a couple whose infant daughter goes missing during their vacation. This is also Bajpayee's maiden production.

Cast: Varun Dhawan and Banita Sandhu

After doing a spate of masala entertainers, Varun Dhawan is doing something hatke with director Shoojit Sircar. Double Mint girl Banita Sandhu is making her debut in this unusual love story. The trailers have promised us that this is going to be a surreal experience, and we are quite eager to find how it will fold out on the big screen.

Rampage

Cast: Dwayne Johnson

The Rock taking on a giant gorilla, a flying wolf and a monstrous crocodile? Sign me up please for that ride!

Omerta

Cast: Rajkummar Rao

Shahid, CityLights, Aligarh - whenever Rao collaborates with director Hansal Mehta, it is always a treat for the cinephiles. Going by the awesome trailer of Omerta, we should expect nothing less from their latest partnership.

Beyond the Clouds

Cast: Ishaan Khatter and Malavika Mohanan

Before he is seen in the Sairat remake opposite Janhvi Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor's younger brother Ishaan will make his debut with Iranian film-maker Majid Majidi's first Indian movie. The trailers have shown that the youngster has spark; we expect it to snowball into a raging fire when the movie hits the screen.

Nanu Ki Jaanu

Cast: Abhay Deol and Patralekhaa

After a gap of two years, Abhay Deol and Patralekhaa return on the big screen with the quirky supernatural comedy that promises a barrel of laughs.

Daas Dev

Cast: Rahul Bhatt, Richa Chadha and Aditi Rao Hydari

Devdas goes political in this Sudhir Mishra movie that has Devdas going in reverse - he hit rock-bottom first before he crawls his way back on top with the help of the women in his life.

Avengers: Infinity War

Cast: Robert Downey Jr, Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Mark Ruffalo and others

The mother of all superhero movies will arrive this month. Possibly the biggest Hollywood movie of the year, Infinity War is the culmination of the 18-movie journey in Marvel Cinematic Universe. We can't keep our excitement down!

Kaala

Release date: April 27 (can get postponed)

Any movie starring Rajinikanth is a event in itself. The superstar reunites with his Kabali director Pa. Ranjith for this gangster drama that promises to be a treat to his fans. However, with the ongoing strike of theatre-owners in Tamil Nadu, we are doubtful if the movie makes it to the marquee on the date.
