Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar's movies releasing on Eid 2020 was touted as the biggest clash of the next year. While the Dabangg star was collaborating with Sanjay Leela Bhansali for Inshallah, Akshay was gearing up for Rohit Shetty's cop drama, Sooryavanshi. However, considering that Shetty wants to collaborate with Khan for his next big project, chances of their own movies clashing with each other was very insignificant. While it was rumoured that the Khiladi of Bollywood will eventually change his release date, here comes the announcement by Salman Khan! Sooryavanshi: Gulshan Grover Is Excited to Play a New Version of Badman for the Audiences.
Yes, the Bharat actor took to his Twitter account to announce a new release date for Rohit, Akshay and Katrina's Sooryavanshi. The movie will now hit the screens on March 27, 2020. Yup, that's a week after Rajkummar Rao and Janhvi Kapoor's Rooh-Afza and a couple of weeks before Ranveer Singh's '83. I always thought of him as my younger brother and today he proves it...

Eid as a holiday is synonymous with a Salman release these days and it was foolish of Sooryavanshi to clash with Inshallah. With a change in its release date, Akshay will have Laxmmi Bomb on June 5 followed by Salman and Alia's collab. Guess, the clash was always meant to be averted and it's quite safe to say that 'all's well that ends well.'
