Tonight was dedicated to honouring our star athletes who make India proud with their multiple achievements. The annual Indian Sports Honours Awards were held in the city tonight and the soiree was attended by all the prominent athletes and even their B-town friends. While Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli were among the first attendees to grace its red carpet, they were shortly followed by Arjun Kapoor, Kartik Aaryan and Priyanka Chopra. Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli Make for a Gorgeous and Stylish Couple at Indian Sports Honours Awards - View Pics.

PeeCee preferred going Desi for the event as she picked a chic, embellished white saree for the occasion. Joining the list of dapper men including Kohli were the B-town boys, Arjun and Kartik who picked classic tuxedos that can never go wrong. They were truly a delight for one's eyes and we were so glad to see Priyanka gracing a red carpet event in her city. The awards night was earlier slated for February but the organisers decided to postpone it as a tribute to our CRPF Jawans who were martyred in the Pulwama attack. Speaking about the awards show, Virat Kohli in one of his interaction said, "I always believe that sports is an integral part of every individual's life starting from school and eventually translating to supporting their favourite athletes on TV and during sporting events. I am confident that these awards are a stepping stone which will further encourage talent to excel in their own category of sports."
