Salman Khan is immensely blessed and a lucky person. He has a legion of fans who are implicitly devoted to him and don't mind defending him and his movies all the time. But how far can luck take you? Salman Khan has been around in the industry for over two decades and understands what his audience wants. Yes, there have been a few mishaps but point to be noted here is, even his 'flops' manage to earn more than the lifetime collection of many films that star A-listers. How many can ensure that? Well, none! Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan’s Project with Sanjay Leela Bhansali was almost Finalised, Confirms Producer Nikhil Dwivedi

Today, Salman Khan has the highest number of Rs 100 crore films to his credit which comes to 15 after including Dabangg 3. The latter released only a week back. In fact, the film has been badly hit by the CAA protests but within five days, Salman Khan managed to put it firmly in the coveted Rs 100 crore club. So the question is how does he do it? We tried the decode his success formula.

#Stick to the memo

Salman Khan is very aware of his fans. Many may think he is a slightly indifferent fellow but the man always does things according to his admirers. He knows they want larger-than-life characters from him and he serves them just that. Hence, his Devil gets appreciated and so does his Pawan act in Bajrangi Bhaijaan.

#Playing to the gallery

Salman Khan never cared about reviews or critics. The audience is everything for him and he knows he caters to a TG who watches movies only for entertainment. So in every movie of his, there will be a shirtless scene because he dishes what they want. Dabangg 3 has one too!

#Learning from mistakes

Tubelight was a mistake and he learned so much from its failure that Tiger Zinda Hai became a Rs 300 crore film in the same year. After Bajrangi Bhaijaan, he might have thought people liked him in dim-witted roles but he was rejected. Immediately, he switched to his slam-bam mode with Tiger Zinda Hai and was heftily rewarded.

#Entertainment, Entertainment And Entertainment

Bollywood has changed and all for the good. The kind of content that is being served at the box office has something for everyone. But Salman Khan still sticks to his own golden formula of just being entertaining. Everything else including the script takes a backseat with him and he is delivering with that. Many tried to do the same but faltered. Salman believes in the fact that people watch movies for entertainment and that is what he will serve. Content has never been his concern as long as the film has action, romance, songs and of course, MAA!

#More The Merrier

Salman Khan believes in giving his fans more. So he has at least one release every year. He doesn't keep them waiting and get rewarded for the same too. Eid is his favourite release date as it has given him some of the biggest blockbusters. But this year, like 2017, he released one film during Christmas as well. That helps him gain any lost ground in the year. So in a year where Tubelight disappointed, Tiger Zinda Hai overcompensates it.
