It has been quite a whirlwind for Bollywood over the past few hours. Salman Khan announced that his film with Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Alia Bhatt, titled Inshallah, has been delayed from the intended Eid 2020, release. The actor, however, did promise his fans that he'd meet them on the day anyway, hinting at a secret project. Before he could reveal the new project, makers of Akshay Kumar's Laxmmi Bomb revealed that they are pushing forward their movie to Eid 2020. To be noted, Salman and Akshay had already averted a clash on May 24 when Rohit Shetty shifted the release of Sooryavanshi to avoid coming on the same day as Inshallah.

Now, the latest reports suggest that Salman Khan is coming out with Kick 2 on Eid. Yes it is tough to keep a track, so here is a simpler rundown for you

A source told Pinkvilla, "The script of Kick 2 has finally been locked and Sajid and Salman have planned for an Eid 2020 release. Pre-production of the film is underway and as soon as Dabangg 3 wraps up this year, the schedule of Kick 2 will begin."

Salman Khan also took to his Twitter handle to make the revelation:

Kick 2 will be produced by Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment. Sajid Nadiadwala will take the director's chair once again for the sequel of the 2010 film, Kick. Jacqueline Fernandez will also reprise her role from the original movie. The reports suggest that the story will take off right from where the original ended.
