Salman Khan was declared guilty in the 1998 black buck poaching case by Jodhpur High Court. The actor's lawyers had appealed to the court for exemption from taking permission from the court while going abroad. However, as per the latest ANI reports, the court has denied it. The court has now ordered to take permission before leaving the country for whatsoever reasons.

The lawyers of the Bollywood superstar reportedly appealed for the exemption from taking permission on August 3 in court of District and Sessions Judge Chandra Kumar Songara as per HT. The 52-year-old actor was found guilty by Jodhpur HC for allegedly killing two black bucks in Jodhpur's Kankani village. He was filming for Hum Saath-Saath Hain film during the incident. Meanwhile, his co-stars Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, Neelam and Sonali Bendre were acquitted by the court.

Salman Khan will be next Ali Abbas Zafar starrer Bharat. Owing to the completion of the film's schedule, he is reportedly supposed to fly off to Malta to shoot a portion of this period drama.

The actor might be needed to take permission to leave the country for shooting this portion. The film also stars Katrina Kaif, Disha Patani, Nora Fatehi, Jackie Shroff in the main cast.
