Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan starrer 'Simmba' is one of the most awaited films set to release this year. Helmed by Rohit Shetty, Simmba is a Hindi remake of the Telugu film ‘Temper’, which featured NT Rama Rao Junior as a hot-headed corrupt cop who who befriends a gang lord. Earlier today, the makers of Simmba dropped the trailer on the web and fans have already gone berserk watching Ranveer Singh in the cop avatar. Simmba already has blockbuster written on it. From high-octane action sequences, whistle-worthy dialogues to a cute love story, it just goes to prove that the film will be a superhit. While the film is less than a month away from its release, the excitement surrounding its release is at its peak. After Ranveer wowing us with his mind-boggling performance as Alauddin Khilji in Deepika Padukone and Shahid Kapoor starrer Padmaavat, fans can't wait to see the actor returns as a quirky cop in Simmba. While Ranveer fans loved the 2-minute 54-second long trailer of Simmba, Temper fans are somehow not happy with Ranveer Singh's Simmba trailer.

Sasta Singham #SimmbaTrailer. Bollywood should hire good writers rather than copying south movies. Rohit Shetty copied Temper fully and backgroud score from Vijay Devarkoda's Nota. Temper's Hindi version is already available on youtube.

Bankrolled by Karan Johar, Ranveer Singh starrer Simmba is slated to hit the silver screens on December 28, 2018. On the professional front, Ranveer will also be seen in ‘Gully Boy’ with Alia Bhatt, which will hit the big screen on February 14, 2018.
