Sushant Singh Rajput and Sanjana Sanghi will next star in the remake of 'The Fault in Our Stars'. The film that was earlier titled as Kizie Aur Manny which has now been changed into Dil Bechara, reports Mumbai Mirror. The crew flew off to Paris in January to complete a crucial portion of the film in the city of love. Interestingly, Saif Ali Khan too has joined the cast of this film now. As per the reports, he will be playing the character of author Peter Van Houten, which was played by the actor Willem Dafoe in the original flick. “We shot in Paris for a week but Saif was only there for a few days. He gelled well with the team and we had a great time, said Mukesh Chhabra.

Speaking of the sudden title change, Rucha Pathak, Chief Creative Officer of Fox Star Studios told the tabloid, "AR Rahman, who is composing the music, shared a vibrant and fun number, with lyrics penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya. When we heard the song, we found our title in it. It perfectly embodies the theme of our film."

The title was based on the prime characters of the film earlier. However, the makers were conscious of the impact on the audience. Mukesh added, "But in retrospect, we felt that viewers would only connect with it after watching the film while Dil Bechara is self-explanatory and people will instantly relate to it."

Sanjana Sanghi was earlier seen in a song in Irrfan Khan starrer Hindi Medium where she played a younger version of his wife. She was also seen in a short role in Ranbir Kapoor starrer Rockstar.
