Vivek Oberoi is in the middle of a major controversy. The actor shared a distasteful meme that focused on Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s past relationships and compared it with exit polls. He even went on to call it "creative" and that has attracted flak from fans and celebs. The Maharashtra State Commission for Women has decided to send notice to the actor. Vivek has finally reacted to all of this and has totally denied that apologise or accept that he has done anything wrong. While speaking with ANI, the Dum actor said, “People are saying apologise, I have no problem in apologising, but tell me what wrong have I done? If I have done something wrong, I will apologise. I don't think I have done anything wrong. What's wrong in it? Somebody tweeted a meme and I laughed at it.”

Hinting about Aishwarya, Salman Khan and Abhishek Bachchan who are featured on the meme, he added, “Those in the meme don't have a problem, but everyone else has. Kaam karne jaate hain nahi non-issues ke upar netagiri shuru kar dete hain. Didi put someone behind bars for a meme, people are I be put behind bars too. They couldn't stop my film, now they are trying this.”

The Bollywood actor also further said that he is waiting for the Maharashtra State Commission for Women to approach him and send him the notice. He added that he has not done anything wrong and so is eager to explain his side to them. On the other hand, those actors on the meme, are yet to react to the whole uproar caused by the meme, on social media.
