Speaking during an interview on the Humans of Bombay podcast, Sanon recalled how she first learned about egg freezing from a close confidant.

"I spoke to someone who told me this is the best thing you can do for yourself if you can. It's the best gift that you can give yourself. It stayed on my mind," Sanon shared. The actor explained that she planned the procedure "smartly" during a phase when she was required to undergo a significant physical transformation for Mimi.

"I froze my eggs. Very smartly, I did it during that time when I had to gain weight for Mimi," she noted. Because the medical process naturally induces intense bloating and hormonal shifts, aligning it with a two-month filming break dedicated entirely to gaining weight proved to be a practical decision.

Sanon did not downplay the physical and emotional challenges involved, describing the experience as a roller coaster of intense hormonal disruptions and mood swings akin to early pregnancy. However, she emphasised that the peace of mind it provided made it entirely worthwhile.

"I'm glad that I did because I don't want to have that [biological clock stress] in my head," Sanon remarked. She added that major life decisions should not be dictated by pressure: "Whether it's marriage, whether it's kids, you need to do it when you feel ready."

Kriti Sanon's Relationship Status

While Sanon is focused on her flourishing career, public interest in her personal life remains high. The actor has been frequently linked with UK-based entrepreneur Kabir Bahia.
