Bollywood has quite a lot of celebrities who are very enthusiastic about animal welfare. Take Anushka Sharma, Alia Bhatt, Shraddha Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor and more who have vouched for the betterment of their lives. On a professional front, Sidharth has currently teamed up with Parineeti Chopra for Jabariya Jodi. The shooting of the same has already kickstarted and both the actors, who previously worked in Hasee Toh Phasee, are excited to team up again.

Regarding the film, Sidharth stated, “I was searching for a script like Jabariya Jodi. It just didn't happen by chance. I happened to meet Shaileshji (Singh, producer) six months ago. He has made beautiful and small-town films like Tanu Weds Manu. He shared the script of Jabariya Jodi. Our energies just matched.” “After a couple of months, I called up Ekta (Kapoor) and said, ‘I’ve got this great script and I believe Balaji Productions would be the right producer for it’. And here we are in Lucknow making this film,” he concluded.
