In the men's category, Jungkook finished in first place after accumulating over 31 million votes worldwide. The final voting tally placed the South Korean singer ahead of Chinese actor Zhang Zhehan and fellow BTS bandmate Kim Taehyung in the top tier of the final Top 20 ranking.
This victory marks Jungkook's second time winning the publication’s flagship title, having previously claimed the crown in 2023. The achievement represents another major fan-voted milestone in his career, driven by continuous global backing from the group's international fanbase.
Lingling Kwong Leads Women's Ranking with Historic Double Win
In the women's poll, Lingling Kwong captured first place with more than 22 million votes to lead the global 2026 ranking. The dual wins make Lingling the first star to hold both global and regional Netizens Choice titles within the same voting season.
Lingling was also adjudged the Most Beautiful Thai Actress 2026 with over 10 million votes, followed directly by her onscreen partner Orm Kornnaphat Sethratanapong at No. 2 Orm also placed fourth in the overall worldwide ranking.
