BLACKPINK member Lisa has released her latest solo single, "SaWaDiKa," serving as a pre-release track ahead of her upcoming EP Press Play, scheduled to arrive on October 23. Issued through LLOUD Co. and RCA Records, the hip-hop track draws inspiration from her Thai heritage, borrowing its title from the traditional Thai greeting. Lisa Drops ‘SaWaDiKa’
"SaWaDiKa" marks a return to a heavily hip-hop-driven sound for the artist, featuring sharp rap verses laid over dynamic beats. The single serves as the first look at Lisa’s new creative era under her own management banner, LLOUD Co., in partnership with RCA Records.
The track follows a series of high-profile global projects earlier this year, including her collaboration on "Goals" for the FIFA World Cup 2026 album alongside Anitta and Rema.
With "SaWaDiKa," Lisa continues to expand her footprint as a standalone solo act while explicitly honouring her roots. The accompanying music video for "SaWaDiKa," directed by South Korean director Bang Jae Yeob, was filmed on location in Bangkok, Thailand. The visual pays homage to the singer's home country, featuring various iconic backdrops throughout the capital city as Lisa performs dynamic, high-energy choreography.

Throughout the video, Lisa showcases several high-fashion street ensembles, including a red leather cutout bodysuit and boxing shorts branded with "SaWaDiKa". Sequences in a boxing ring and vibrant city streetscapes highlight the fast-paced visuals, reinforcing the track's confident aesthetic.
Upcoming EP Press Play and Autumn Schedule
The newly released single leads into Lisa’s six-track EP, Press Play, which drops globally on October 23. The mini-album marks her first major multi-track solo project since launching her independent career moves outside of group activities with BLACKPINK.
