Now, Akali Dal MLA Manjinder Singh Sirsa has called out the makers of the series for hurting religious sentiments of the Sikh community. In his latest tweet, he has lashed out at Anurag Kashyap for disrespecting the kada (all-iron bracelet), which holds utmost importance amid the Sikh community. He tweeted, "I wonder why Bollywood continues to disrespect our religious symbols! Anurag Kashyap deliberately puts this scene in #SacredGamesS2 where Saif Ali Khan throws his Kada in sea! A KADA is not an ordinary ornament. It’s the pride of Sikhs & a blessing of Guru Sahib @NetflixIndia @ANI." In the scene, Saif Ali Khan's character (Sartaj Singh) is seen throwing the kada in the sea out of frustration.

Recently, Sirsa had called out the Bollywood stars partying at Karan Johar's residence, accusing them of consuming drugs there. Ranbir Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Vicky Kaushal, Shahid Kapoor, Malaika Arora, Arjun Kapoor etc were seen in the video, posted by Karan. However, in an interview with Rajeev Masand, the filmmaker clearly denied these allegations.
