Kollywood’s most-loved actor Suriya was last seen in Kaappaan. The film opened to mixed response, resulting in average collections at the box office. It has been a long, long time since Suriya has delivered a blockbuster. Fans are eagerly waiting for Suriya to make a strong comeback. And this time the expectation that fans have set is with his upcoming flick, Soorarai Pottru. Suriya will next be seen in the biographical-drama titled Soorarai Pottru. This Tamil film is directed by Sudha Kongara, who has earlier helmed films such as Drohi, Irudhi Suttru and Saala Khadoos (in Hindi), and Guru. Talking about Soorarai Pottru, this film is based on the life of Air Deccan founder Captain R Gopinath. When the film’s first look poster was released, fans were mighty impressed. Suriya was seen dressed in a lungi (dhoti) and shirt; standing against the background of an aircraft. And today the makers are going to release the first look of this film and fans just cannot wait for it.
