Kaun Banega Crorepati 10: Fans Cannot Access ‘KBC Play Along’ as SonyLiv App Crashes, Complain to Amitabh Bachchan

Kaun Banega Crorepati season 10's first episode was received with a wide beautiful response from the audience. Amitabh Bachchan's presence on small screen was heartwarming and was missed by the fans for long. But then there are several people who are actually playing the game through SonyLiv App’s ‘KBC Play Along’. However, they could not be a part of this game show as the app crashed the previous night.

As the show started, the Twitterati welcomed it with big heart only to get disappointed later. They were extremely keen to play them through Sony’s OTT website and app SonyLIV. Before we go ahead, let us briefly tell you what is this all about. So, through this feature, you can answer the questions while watching the show and maintain your scoreboard until the finale week. In the finale week, a contestant with excellent score will get a chance to be on the show and also get a chance to win Mahindra Morazzo.

However, the enthusiastic fans were left disappointed as they could not score on Day 1. They complained to the actor and the app on Twitter that the server crashed on the first day itself. The heavy traffic on the app due to the game was the reason, some say. They also compared it to last year’s feature saying that it worked better than this time.

@SrBachchan Hello sir trying to play kbc, trying since last 1 hour. The Sony liv app not working itself. I can understand lot of people trying same time. Till if Sony is advertising to use then they should enough bandwidth.
