Shweta Tiwari's daughter Palak Tiwari took to Instagram to share the teaser of the show and wrote, "@shweta.tiwari will always always be my favourite person to watch on screen which makes me super duper excited for this!!!!! Here’s the teaser for #meredadkidulhan @sonytvofficial." The teaser shows Varun Badola and his daughter Nia's sweet relation where they don't always get along but also can't live without each other. Then we get a quick glimpse of Shweta Tiwari, who looks like could be a new neighbour considering she accidentally rams her car into Badola's car parked outside his house. The teaser suggests that they will start off with a small tiff but eventually fall in love.
