Shivlekh was a prominent part of television shows like Sasural Simar Ka, Sankatmochan Mahabali Hanuman, Sasural Simar Ka and Bal Veer. He was a part of Kesari Nandan, at the time of his untimely demise.

Actor Karan Goddwani who was Shivlekh's co-star in Agni Phera told indianexpress.com, "I haven't been able to sleep since last night. We have shared so many sweet moments. Once he had fainted due to heat on the set. We all took care of him and his mom had started crying. I wonder what she must be going through. I am heartbroken. I always used to take care of him on the sets when his mom wasn’t around. He used to see me as his real brother than reel brother. It is very unfair and extremely sad."

Shivlekh's Kesari Nandan co-star Dakssh Ajit Singh recalled the bond that he shared with the late actor and told the website, "Daily in the night, before going to sleep, he always asked me, ‘Dakssh bhaiya, aapne khana khaaya kya? Ok good night.’ His last words to me on the last day of shooting (June 30, 2019) for Kesari Nandan was, ‘Dakssh Paaji, baaki sab kaa to pata nahin lekin aapse dobara zarur milunga mumbai jaake. Aapse kuch alag hi connection ho gaya hai.’ Now he will only meet me in the memories, but he will live forever with me." Our heartfelt condolences to Shivlekh's family in this time of despair. May Shivlekh's soul rest in peace.
