Robertsganj (UP), April 5: A Dalit parliamentarian Chhote Lal from Robertsganj constituency of Uttar Pradesh (UP) in a written complaint to Prime Minister Narendra Modi against UP Chief Minister (CM) Yogi Adityanath. As per report published by NDTV Chhote Lal Kharwar, 45 Member of Parliament of the ruling Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) alleged CM Yogi behaved rudely him and threw him out.

According to the report, The Prime Minister has taken note of the incident and assured him that action will be taken. Chhote Lal’s complaint surfaced just days after a massive protest staged by dalits across the nation. On April 2 Dalits took to streets to protest against the Supreme Court ruling which bans automatic arrests under SC/ST Act. Dalits consider that this verdict will dilute this Act.

Chhote Lal in his complaint to PM Modi has written that he was facing discrimination because of being a dalit in his own constituency and even his own party leader had not taken note of his complaints. Chhote Lal also alleged that BJP leaders including CM Yogi are working against him and his brother and are conspiring with rival parties.

In his letter he named Yogi Adityanath and state BJP chief Mahendra Nath Pandey and BJP leader Sunil Bansal. He has also filed a complaint to the National Commission for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.

In his written complaint to PM Modi and Lok Sabha speaker Sumitra Mahajan, Chotte Lal also alleged District Magistrate and Divisional Forest Officer of Chandauli district of UP of harassing him.
