The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta will close the image correction window today, September 30 for Common Admission Test (CAT) on the official website; iimcat.ac.in. After this, the authorities will not entertain any request to change or upload documents. The facilities which began on September 27 was for candidates who have completed their CAT 2018 registration successfully before the specified deadline which was September 26. As per the schedule released by IIM Calcutta, the download process for admit card will begin which will be issued from October 24 at 1:00 pm. CAT 2018 will be conducted on November 25 across various centres for IIM aspirants. CAT 2018: IIM Notifies Registration Dates, Exam Schedule & Other Details. 

As per earlier schedule, CAT registration was supposed to end on September 19. However, IIM Kolkata later announced the extension and candidates were allowed to fill in the application till September 26. It must be noted that the admit card once issued, will be available on the website for candidates to download until the exam day. The exam will be held in 147 cities in two sessions across the country for students who are willing to pursue MBA in top IIMs in the country. CAT is a 3 hours computer-based exam of 100 marks with questions comprising of Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension, Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning and Quantitative Ability. This year’s official organiser is IIM Calcutta and the final scores will be used by the listed non-IIM member institutes.

CAT 2018 is coming closer, and there is hardly two months left for the candidates to prepare. With questions coming from varied topics, the candidates need to do a smart preparation to improve and surpass the test at a go.
