The Staff Selection Commission has announced the exam dates for the Combined Graduate Level 2026 Tier 1 examination, with the computer-based test set to be held from September 30 to October 30, 2026. The exam is being conducted for recruitment to various Group B and Group C posts across central government ministries, departments and organisations, including Assistant Section Officer, Inspector, Assistant Audit Officer, Assistant Accounts Officer, Sub Inspector, Auditor, Accountant and Tax Assistant. SSC CGL 2026 Tier 1 Exam Pattern
The Tier 1 paper will consist of 100 objective-type multiple-choice questions carrying a total of 200 marks, divided across four sections.

Admit Card And Exam Day Details
The SSC CGL Tier 1 admit card is expected to be released 10 to 15 days before the examination, and candidates will be able to download their hall tickets from the official SSC website using their login credentials. Candidates are advised to check all admit card details carefully and carry a valid photo ID proof along with the hall ticket to the exam centre.
