Kolkata, May 2: The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) has officially announced the Madhyamik result 2024 on May 2nd. The result was revealed in a press conference at 9 am, followed by the release of the WB 10th result link at 9:45 am on the official websites wbbse.wb.gov.in and wbresults.nic.in. Students can collect their original mark sheets from their respective schools a few days after the result declaration.

To check the WBBSE Board Result 2024 online, students need to have their roll code and roll number handy. This year, the WB Class 10 exams were conducted between February 2 and February 12 in a pen-paper mode across 2,675 exam centres in the state. How to Check WBBSE Madhyamik Results Online:

  1. Visit the official website – wbbse.wb.gov.in or wbresults.nic.in.

  2. Click on the ‘Madhyamik Result 2024’ link on the homepage.

  3. Enter your credentials, such as roll number and date of birth.

  4. Click on the submit button.

  5. The result will display on your screen.

Check Results Via Mobile Apps:

Students can also check their results through various mobile apps available on the Google Play Store, such as "Madhyamik Results 2024," "Madhyamik Result," and "FASTRESULT." Additionally, students can receive their results via SMS on their pre-registered phone numbers shortly after the result is announced. The board will also provide an option to request photocopies of answer booklets and OMR sheets.

In case students fail to clear the exams, they can appear for the board compartment exams. Details regarding the compartmental exams will be announced after the declaration of the class 10 results. Last year, the WB Madhyamik exam result was released on May 19, 2023. Devdutta Majhi was the topper, with an overall pass percentage of 86.15 per cent.
