Kolkata, May 25: In a show of bonhomie towards Prime Minister Narendra Modi, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee dragged the state governor Keshari Nath Tripathi to have PM Modi in the photo frame. The incident took place during the inauguration ceremony of the Bangladesh Bhavan in Shantiniketan.

The governor was blocking the Prime Minister view during a group photo. The West Bengal Chief Minister dragged him out so that all the three leaders can share the same frame. The whole incident turned out to be funny. Bangladesh Prime Minister's Sheikh Hasina was also present when the incident took place.

Earlier, Prime Minister Narendra Modi showed the way to Mamata Banerjee at the helipad, so that she should not step over the mud. Banerjee welcomed the Prime Minister with a bouquet and a shawl.

Prime Minister Modi and Prime Minister Hasina inaugurated the Bangladesh Bhavan inside the complex of Vishwa Bharti University earlier on Friday. West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee was also present at the inauguration of Bangladesh Bhavan.

The Bangladesh Bhavan features a museum that showcases Rabindranath Tagore's association with the country, the Liberation War of Bangladesh and Indo-Bangla relations. The museum was built at a cost of Rs 25 crore, which was provided by the Bangladesh government.
