Noida, February 7: A massive fire broke out in a hospital on Thursday. The fire broke out on the third and fourth floor of the Metro Hospital in Sector 12 of Noida in Uttar Pradesh around 12 noon today. Eleven fire tenders were rushed to the spot and firefighting operations were underway. No casualties have been reported.
Reports say that at least 24 people who were feared to be trapped inside the hospital building were evacuated safely. Glass windows of the hospital were broken to rescue people stranded in the hospital.

The cause of the fire is yet to be known. The police are looking into what caused the fire.
