NCPA Employees To Get INR 7,250 Salary Hike, INR 50,000 Annual Bonus Under New Wage Agreement

The BJP-backed All India Kamgar Karmachari Sangh has reached a landmark wage agreement for employees of the National Centre for the Performing Arts (NCPA), under which salaries of all NCPA employees will be increased by INR 7,250 per month, along with an annual bonus of INR 50,000. The agreement was reached under the leadership of BJP Maharashtra State President and All India Kamgar Karmachari Sangh President Ravindra Chavan, and will remain valid for four years, from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2028.

Third Wage Agreement Between NCPA And Workers' Union

Ravindra Chavan stated that this is the third wage increase agreement between NCPA management and the workers' union. How The Union Became NCPA's Sole Certified Body

According to the organisation, the Mumbai Labour Union previously represented the majority of employees within the NCPA. The All India Workers' Employees Union claims that through effective organisational work, the entire membership of the Mumbai Labour Union was integrated with the All India Workers' Employees Union. Following this, through the legal process in the Industrial Court, the union states it has emerged as the largest and only certified workers' union within the NCPA, a development it says has strengthened its ability to advocate for employees' rights and demands. Punjab Govt Employees To Get DA Hike? Top functionaries from both the NCPA and the All India Workers' Employees Union were present on the occasion.
