Lucknow, December 4: Uttar Pradesh Cabinet Minister and Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party chief Om Prakash Rajbhar on Tuesday accused Rashtriya Swanyamsewak Sangh (RSS), Bajrang Dal and Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) for inciting violence in Bulandshehr. He also pointed fingers at Bharatiya Janata Party in connection with the case, in which the mob killed police inspector Subodh Kumar Singh on Monday.

Expressing his opinion on the violence for false rumours over the cow slaughter in Siyana village of Bulandshahr, Rajbhar said to the media, “This is a pre-planned conspiracy by VHP, Bajrang Dal and RSS, now police are even naming some BJP members. Why did protest happen on the same day as Muslim Ijtema event? It was an attempt to disturb the peace.” Bulandshahr Mob Violence: Bajrang Dal Leader Yogesh Raj Main Accused; VHP’s Upendra Raghav, BJYM’s Shikhar Agarwal Named in FIR Too

Condemning the violence and murder of police inspector Singh, Union Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi had said, “What happened in Bulandshahr has let down humanity. The state government has said that whoever is responsible will be brought to justice without any bias. I appeal to people to stay cautious of the elements who are creating unrest for their own interests.”

Meanwhile, police have arrested five people associated for rioting and names 27 people in the FIR along with it; it has named local Bajrang Dal leader Yogesh Raj as main accused and VHP leader Upendra Raghav and BJYM leader Shikhar Agarwal.

The Police have launched a manhunt for all the accused, mainly Yogesh Raj and other two for inciting violence in which SHO Subodh Kumar Singh and a local – Sumit – lost their lives.
