Wedding season or as Shilpa Shetty likes to call 'Wedding da Season' is still a couple of months away and the brides-to-be are currently busy shopping their wedding trousseau. This, of course, includes her different attires, jewellery and most importantly her glamorous look for the D-day. While girls usually have a fair idea in their minds on how they want to look on their most special day, some are confused with the varied options that lie right in front of them. Kareena Kapoor Khan Ditches her Modern Silhouettes for a Traditional Six Yards on the Sets of Dance India Dance 7 -View Pics.

Who else has a habit of bookmarking various looks or save some magazine clippings for their future references? The one where you liked a hairstyle or adore the way a model draped her dupatta? Wedding is nothing less than a festival in India - no wonder there are so many publications focussing on just the wedding themes, ideas and everything related to the 'W' word. From Femina's Wedding Times to Bridal Asia and India Today Brides, every prominent publication house has a separate section that deals with different bridals avatars each month.

For the August issue of different magazines, we have Kareena Kapoor Khan, Sonam Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar and Kriti Sanon competing with each other to grab your eyeballs. Let's elaborate on what's unique in each of them. Sonam Kapoor Ahuja Slays in an All Black Look on Filmfare Cover.

Kareena Kapoor Khan

Kareena was more of a royal bride in Rimple and Harpreet's designs. Her colourful attires coupled with rich and heavy embroideries are not everyone's cup of tea. The brides who love fuss-free ensembles should strictly stay away from such designs and the ones who love the richness they carry should blindly opt for it.

Sonam Kapoor

Are you a fan of old-world charm? Yes? Then Sonam's wedding outfits from Bridal Asia's new issue are apt for you. While the silhouettes are quite modern and so is the colour palette, her styling will help you go back in time. It belongs more to the vintage era.

Kriti Sanon

"I want to be chill. I want to wear something pretty, but not uncomfortable or heavy. I want to be myself and dance at my own wedding, not just attend to people or pose for photographs. I would love to wear sneakers—I would not be wearing heels, for sure. And I have a feeling that I won’t be someone who would cry during the bidaai," says Kriti Sanon when asked about the kind of bride she wants to be.⠀ ⠀ ⠀ Editor: Nonita Kalra (@nonitakalra)⠀ Guest editor: Tarun Tahiliani (@taruntahiliani)⠀ ⠀ ⠀ On Kriti Sanon (@kritisanon):⠀ All clothes: Tarun Tahiliani (@taruntahiliani) ⠀ All jewellery: Kishandas & Co (@kishandasjewellery) ⠀ Creative director: Yurreipem Arthur (@yurreipem) ⠀ Fashion director: Mohan Neelakantan (@mohanneelakantan)⠀ Digital Consultant : Ravneet Kaur Sethi (@ravneetkaurr) Photographer: Tarun Vishwa (#tarunvishwa)⠀ Hair: Asif Ahmed Sultan (@aasifahmedofficial)⠀ Makeup: Adrian Kirk Jacobs (@adrian.7563)⠀ Production: Prachi Gangwar (@prachi30gangwar)⠀ Fashion assistant: Parvati Mangal (@parvatimangal)

Kriti Sanon's designs by Tarun Tahiliani are perfect for brides who want a mix of everything. They prefer being traditional for their wedding day but love a touch of modernism to their pre-wedding festivities. The designs are rich, classy and extremely elegant.

Bhumi Pednekar

Bhumi Pednekar is more of a modern-day bride. For the ones who prefer Indian weaves but a dash of embroidery here and there should opt for designs worn by her.
