Tara Sutaria celebrates her 24th birthday today and the girl is sure on her way to rise and shine in Bollywood. After marking her big debut with Karan Johar's Student of the Year 2, she was quick to sign Sidharth Malhotra's Marjaavaan and later Ahan Shetty's debut movie, RX 100. Tara recently stole everyone's thunder when she stepped out wearing a grey sequined saree for Amitabh Bachchan's Diwali bash. The outfit was definitely a head-turner but it's the way she carried it that caused the city's temperature to soar that night.

Like her co-star in SOTY 2, Ananya Panday, Tara Sutaria is also a fashionista in the making. And who would deny her this tag after her promotional style file during Marjaavaan? While she allowed hot pants to dominate her wardrobe, she also allowed some ethnic drama to enter the picture. It was more of a balanced act where she played with different silhouettes and strutted in style while the world was still busy drooling over her Diwali outfit. Tara Sutaria Finally Reacts to Dating Aadar Jain - Here's What She has to Say.

On the occasion of her big day, we decided to pick some of her best sartorial moments from this year that deserve an extra round of applause. Have a look...

Tara Sutaria had even auditioned to play Jasmine in Guy Ritchie's Aladdin. Though Naomi Scott was eventually roped in to play the Disney Princess, we think Tara was equally apt for the role. Anyways, strutting in style like a princess in real life is any day better than playing one in reel life, right?
