Slamming Rahul Gandhi over his remarks in the United States, Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Anurag Thakur on Wednesday accused him of "insulting" the country and said the Congress leader is unable to digest praise of Prime Minister Narendra Modi from foreign leaders.
