Delhi government will issue an ‘Aadhaar’ for every land parcel, assigning each a 14-digit Unique Land Parcel Identification Number (ULPIN). Called ‘Bhu Aadhaar’, this initiative aims to modernise land records and resolve long-standing disputes, reflecting the administration’s push for transparency, efficiency, and better management of the Capital’s land.
