Hitting out the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) government in Maharashtra over its "failure" on all fronts, senior BJP leader Devendra Fadanvis on Wednesday said the Shiv Sena-led dispensation was functioning 'Ram bharose' (at God's mercy).
