Dr Aleena Saifi, who examined the child, stated, 'Around 8:15 PM, some people brought the girl to our nursing home. Her pulse and heartbeat were absent. We checked her for about one to one-and-a-half minutes and found bleeding from her private parts. There were no other visible marks of injury on her body. We immediately referred her to a higher centre.'
