A doctor was arrested here for allegedly harassing a minor girl, police said on Sunday. Dhanaura Circle Officer Shwetaab Bhaskar siad Dr Balvinder alias Monty, a Community Health Officer in a village here was harassing a schoolgirl for the past several days.
