The Delhi High Court has issued summons in a lawsuit filed by Telugu actor Naga Chaitanya seeking protection of his personality and publicity rights against the alleged misuse of his name, image, likeness, and identity across digital platforms. The court also indicated that it is inclined to grant interim protection while the matter is being heard.
