Wiz Khalifa has been sentenced to nine months in prison in Romania, more than a year after his arrest on charges of illegal drug possession. The conviction relates to a July 2024 incident at the ‘Beach, Please!’ festival, where he was found with over 18 grams of cannabis and reportedly consumed some on stage. Khalifa later said he did not intend to disrespect Romania by smoking marijuana during the performance.
