Glen Powell will voice a competitive pumpkin carver in an upcoming 'Family Guy' Halloween special. Peter Griffin and his friends will challenge Powell's character in the annual Quahog Pumpkin Contest. The episode, one of two holiday specials, will air on Hulu on October 14.
